Austin G. Insco — Founder & Personal Injury Attorney at Insco Injury Law

Austin Insco is a California personal injury attorney and the founder of Insco Injury Law. He represents individuals and families who have been seriously injured — or who have lost a loved one — due to the negligence, recklessness, or wrongdoing of others. His practice focuses on automobile collisions, trucking and commercial vehicle crashes , catastrophic injury cases, wrongful death matters, and nursing home elder abuse.

Austin strives to foster an attorney-client relationship that is built on direct attorney involvement. Every client at Insco Injury Law has direct access to their attorney anytime, anywhere.

Before founding Insco Injury Law, Austin spent years litigating complex injury cases against insurance companies, public entities, large corporate defendants, hospitals, and other institutional defendants. He has extensive experience handling matters from intake and initial through case resolution. Austin approaches each case with the understanding that it may ultimately be tried by a jury, and prepares accordingly from day one.

Austin is a Central Valley native with a deep commitment to the community he serves. He attended California State University, Fresno, and later earned his law degree from San Joaquin College of Law. During law school, Austin served as the president of the Christian Legal Society. Austin's background and commitment to the Central Valley allow his practice to be committed, accountable, and centered around community-based advocacy.

Austin currently serves as the Vice President of the Central Valley Trial Lawyers Association, a regional organization dedicated to protecting the rights of injured people and promoting ethical, high-quality, effective advocacy. The Central Valley Trial Lawyers Association is a subset of the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC), of which Austin is also a member. He is additionally a member of the Fresno County Bar Association and is admitted to practice law in all courts in the State of California.

Outside of work, Austin is a husband to his high school sweetheart and a father of two young boys. He is an avid golfer and remains closely connected to the Central Valley community he calls home. Those personal commitments inform how he practices law — with integrity, dedication, and a strong sense of responsibility to the people he represents.
